Agriculture & Employment

Just a few years ago, Halutza was nothing but sand dunes. Today, Jews living in this area have turned the desert into a thriving agricultural land. In recent years, we have expanded to include plantations and greenhouses growing leafy vegetables, lemons, avocado, tomatoes, peppers, pineapples and more.
